  • At this time, W&S Repairs ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    • We have UPS or USPS shipping methods, which you choose when making purchase.
    • Most purchases will be shipped on the next day the payment has been received except during holidays, Saturday, and Sunday.
    • The shipping charges reflect the combined cost of the expected delivery, confirmation/tracking number, packing materials and services as well as handling charges.

    Shipping & Delivery

    As of now, we ship merchandise within the United States only.

    • We use USPS priority shipping method.
    • Purchases will be shipped next business day after payments have been received, except weekends and holidays.
    • The shipping charges included are: shipping, packaging and handling costs.


    All items carry 7 days warranty unless SOLD AS IS.

    • No warranty after 7 days or SOLD AS IS.
    • Warranty will be void if any of the following is found on the returned item:
        • Physical damage.
        • Sign of serial number being removed.
        • If serial numbers don’t match our records.
    • No Refund or Return for any incompatible issues. If no problem is found on the return item, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
    • If the item is not functioning, the buyer should contact us IMMEDIATELY, and send it back within 7 days.
    • A replacement will be sent upon receiving nonfunctional item.
    • If the item returned is functioning properly, returns will be accepted with a 20% restocking fee.

    We guarantee the item to be in 100% working condition.

     Before you purchase any of our items make sure that you match and compare the our part description with your original part number, and before you intend to return any item saying that the part doesn’t work, be advised that our highly professional team of technicians will test it, because all items are in working condition inside the electronic devise before being shipped

    • Returns accepted within: 7 Days
    • Refund given as: Money Back
    • All returns must have prior authorization. Contact us for return instructions at 813-885-7848
    • Unless instructed otherwise, all returns must be repackaged as originally shipped
    • There will be no refunds; customers will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. 
    • Returns due to customer’s error or issue, such as, ordered wrong item, changed mind, etc. a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
    • Refunds are processed only after returns are received and tested (if applicable). 
    • Refunds will be made for return parts after the testing process which takes 7-10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
